Message	Sorry forgot to mention that I also have a complete oem gasket kit, t-belt, all new idlers and water pump. I guess what I'm asking is should I upgrade the internals of the block such as pistons, rods, and bearings and if so which way should I go and should I do any work on he heads. I'm looking to do a build that will still allow me to drive the car daily if I choose
